WHERE TO PUT UP THE PARENTS: Bed and Breakfast Marisa

Bed_breakfast_home_imageProspect Heights Dilemma: Parents/friends/relatives visiting. Tiny apartment. Few choices for nearby hotel, guest house, hostel, flophouse, or seedy rent-by-the hour place on side street in Park Slope. Solution: Good question. This new dailyheights category, Accommodations, is a start. Entry number one:

Bed and Breakfast Marisa (www.brooklynbedandbreakfast.net) at 288 Park Pl.
718-399-9535; 917-865-7428 | Rates $95-130

A local Old Media outlet (which describes the space as "cozy, but uninspired" and "mediocre" in the  romance department) says breakfast is "not included" (so, that would make it a Bed-and-Breakfast-Not-Included?). But Marisa’s website say "fresh-brewed
coffee or tea, fresh fruit, fresh-squeezed orange juice, bagels and
spreads is served in your room."
