In what will certainly be the coolest wine tasting in all of Brooklyn this weekend, Andy Shernoff of ex-Dictators fame will be pouring Argentinian and Chilean wines over at Fermented Grapes. The Argentinians are "of exceptional quality while not being overly pricey," according to Debbie, Jan and Kilolo. Brace yourself for Chardonnay with "notes of beautiful pear, fig and honeysuckle," and Malbec that "has
very dark fruit with lots of mineral undertones."

Who’s going? I’m gonna try to make it.
I’ll be out of town…
We might go.
I’m going to try and go.
I see. Only maybes. What about Beast Bar?
I’ve never been to Beast Bar. What’s the deal?
To clarify: I fully intend to go the wine tasting, but I might have to stay at home and play with our hyperactive new kitten, plus, even if I went, I wouldn’t stay for the whole two hours.
I have a job interview at 5:30 pm so that is why I’m not sure.
I’d rather check out Beast Bar, but will check out Fermented Grapes for a few. Then off to the Beast. I wonder if they’ll offer Beast, the beer.
I will definitely be there. My interview was rescheduled.
